As a Marketing Manager at CodeHS, I collaborated with the customer success team to interview our customers, including teachers, principals, and district admins, collect pictures and student programs, and write a case study on schools using CodeHS.
Creating these case studies strengthened our relationships with current customers and also offered an opportunity for the sales and customer success teams to showcase how the product was being used. Case studies were used to procure contracts with new districts, maintain long standing contracts, and increase engagement on social media.
Blogs were another essential content marketing strategy I implemented while a Marketing Manager at CodeHS. Blogs served as a way to drive traffic back to our website, boost awareness, and most importantly, increase engagement with classrooms across the country.
We produced a variety of content, from announcements about company wide initiatives to featuring computer science professionals on our Coding in the Wild blog, to thought leadership pieces on the tech world.
